Tammy - Scheduling and Financial Coordinator

Hello, my name is Tammy and I have been lucky enough to be a part of this phenomenal team since 2013. I have enjoyed this career for over 15 years and adore building relationships with our patients and families as well as watching smiles transform. I feel truly honored to be a part of your journey and hope to help you in any way I can.

Outside of the office you can find me at community events, jogging or spending time with my family - my wonderful husband Jim and our two girls, Katelyn and Victoria.

I cannot wait to get to know you better as we move towards achieving your dazzling smile!

Sarah - Certified Orthodontic Assistant and New Patient Coordinator

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am Dr. Chow’s new patient coordinator. My smile is one of the first you’ll meet when you visit our fabulous office! I will accompany you through your initial visit and if the time is right, I will also be the person to help you get started with your treatment. I promise to take amazing care of your family as you join Dr. Chow’s patient family.

Braces and orthodontics has been a positive part of my family’s lives for generations, including myself, my parents, and my children too! I live in our community so you will likely see me at the ice rink, or walking my Jack Russell, Ché, at the park.

Erin - Certified Orthodontic Assistant and New Patient Coordinator

Aloha! You might be surprised that my journey to join Dr. Chow and the Panorama Orthodontics family in 2012 actually began when I was 10 years old! My friend and I used a twist tie to form the wire of my “homemade braces”  - I was just so desperate to improve my smile! I didn’t realize it then, but I was destined for this rewarding field.  My roles as a new patient coordinator, educator, and clinical assistant has made the last 20+ years fly by and I think it is obvious to most that I still love what I do! I am grateful for the fun, kind and family environment we have created, and I am incredibly proud of the smiles we help our patients reveal from within.

When away from the office, you’ll find me in the sun with a good book, wrenching on one of my vintage VW Beetles, at a country music concert or enjoying beautiful BC. Hawaiian sun is my favourite, so if you’re going to Maui for the first time, ask me about my favourite spots!

Kim - Scheduling and Financial Coordinator; Certified Orthodontic Assistant

I am excited to be the newest member of this fabulous orthodontic team. I have worked in the dental field for almost 20 years. I attended Douglas College for the Certified Dental Assisting program and completed my orthodontic module at UBC shortly after.

Outside of work, I spend time at the gym, playing soccer, or walking my dog at the beach. I enjoy traveling to sunny destinations wherever possible.

Brittany - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Hi, I’m Brittany! I have enjoyed being a part of the Panorama Orthodontic team since 2015. As one of Dr. Chow’s orthodontic assistants, I am thrilled to be helping you through your journey to a beautiful smile. My own personal experience with braces has given me special insight into what you are experiencing and how I can help you through it. Outside of the office, my time is spent with my daughter Naya at the park, swimming pool or going for walks with our two dogs.

Megan -  Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Hi there! My name is Megan and I joined the amazing Panorama Orthodontics family in 2018. Originally from California, I moved to Canada where I completed my dental assisting schooling and shortly after completed my orthodontic module at UBC. As one of Dr. Chow’s assistants, I love working with our patients to to help create beautiful smiles that people are proud of.

When I am not in the office, you can find me hanging out with friends and family, watching a good movie, baking, or cruising around in our 1966 VW bus with my husband.
