At Panorama Orthodontics, we strive only for excellence, as we believe that your smile is a direct reflection of our practice. Panorama Orthodontics is a patient-centered practice with a cohesive team of professional staff members. We continually aim to provide unparalleled personalized service to our patients and their families in an efficient and effective manner to create a truly positive experience. Our modern practice facility allows us to provide uncompromised orthodontic care for children and adults with the usage of state-of-the-art technology.

We believe that communication is of the utmost importance in order to provide total patient satisfaction. We welcome questions from our patients and their parents to ensure that everyone is collectively working towards the same goals and treatment objectives. Furthermore, with our patients' consent, we communicate closely with their dentists and other dental specialists to form a cohesive team providing comprehensive care.

We are committed to becoming an integral part of the community. We pledge to sponsor a variety of children's athletic teams, and other activities within the geographical area. We will support the area schools in their extracurricular activities and pursuits in any way that we possibly can. Treatment Philosophy

Every patient in our practice is unique. Therefore, we are committed to the implementation of customized orthodontic care to create exceptional and timeless smiles.

Research has shown that select patients can benefit from limited orthodontic treatment prior to the eruption of all permanent teeth to address a specific set of orthodontic needs. Early treatment in these situations may allow for more favorable overall treatment outcomes by harnessing a child's growth to aid in the correction of specific problems. On the other hand, the treatment of many patients can be effectively consolidated into a shorter period by commencing orthodontic care after the eruption of all permanent teeth.

The removal of select permanent teeth as an adjunct to orthodontic treatment has been controversial since it was suggested almost one hundred years ago. Dr. Chow believes that many malocclusions can be treated successfully without extractions. However, for the treatment of specific malocclusions, removal of select permanent teeth is appropriate. This allows the teeth to be straightened effectively to an aesthetic, functional and stable smile. The need for permanent tooth removal will be assessed with careful analysis of the diagnostic records and the treatment options will be discussed in detail with our patients.

Parents are encouraged to be involved in their child's orthodontic treatment. Questions or concerns will be addressed promptly, whether before, during, or after the treatment has been rendered. We want you to have confidence in our ability to provide you and your family with the optimal orthodontic treatment, and to feel comfortable in recommending us to your friends and family.

Community Involvement and Support

We are pleased to support a wide variety of schools, teams and organizations, as part of our practice's vision. We also support national and global organizations that need our assistance; Dr. Chow chooses to contribute to causes that have affected his loved ones, and those that require urgent assistance. We proudly support the following groups:
